i thought damask had little green lines or something? Maybe that was something else...

it looks like it. but i've heard that there were little vertical green lines in it or something...?

Well, Wikipedia defines damask as ". . . a reversible figured fabric of silk, wool, linen, cotton, or synthetic fibers, with a pattern formed by weaving. Damasks are woven with one warp yarn and one weft yarn, usually with the pattern in warp-faced satin weave and the ground in weft-faced or sateen weave."

So . . . maybe we're both wrong?
